State Trading Company Established in Kyrgyzstan

A new Trading Company with full state participation has been created in Kyrgyzstan, the purpose of which is to monitor trade flows and streamline international trade. The founder of the company is the country’s Ministry of Economy and Commerce, which emphasizes the importance of state support in the field of trade.

The main tasks of the company include monitoring financial transactions, organizing international trade, managing currency risks and ensuring financial stability. The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has introduced a one-year restriction prohibiting financial institutions from making settlements under contracts for goods and services that do not enter the country, with the exception of authorized state companies. The restriction does not affect individuals and legal entities that supply goods to the territory of Kyrgyzstan, as well as supplies through e-commerce for personal use.

The trading company will have the right to conduct transactions without actually delivering goods to the country, which will allow for more effective regulation of trade flows.

The interaction of the new company will be carried out with all commercial banks without restrictions, which will ensure the flexibility and accessibility of financial transactions.
